Hill Tribesmen Commanders - The Hill Tribes of the West-march are each commanded by their own chieftain – a ruthless and savage leader. This kit builds a Chieftain, a Warrior with a banner, and a Warrior with a war horn. The chieftain can be armed with a large two-handed weapon or a hand weapon and shield, and can alternatively be built as the Wild Man Oathmaker, who pledges the Wild Men of Dunland to Saruman.
