Contraindications While sound healing is generally gentle and beneficial for most, please note that it may not be suitable for the following:
Individuals with sound-induced epilepsy;
Those in the early stages of pregnancy;
Those with heart valve/artificial implant concerns.

Workshop Details:
Attire: Comfortable clothing suitable for lying down.
Provided: Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows.
Recommended: Bring an extra cover or cushion for added comfort, and consider bringing a hot water bottle to enhance cosiness. Additionally, it's advisable to have a drink on hand for hydration.
